The recently re-described Palaeocama anthrax is by far one of the weirdest lobopodians discovered yet! This Carboniferous worm was not only was it covered in hundreds of poisonous spines, but it's also the only freshwater non-Tardigrade lobopodian known!

Olenoides serratus is probably one of the most famous trilobites. These little trilobites would have been voracious little hunters feasting on worms like these unfortunate Spartobranchus.

Paucipodia inermis was an unarmored, 15 centimetre long lobopodian from the shallow seas of the Chengjiang biota. Formations that encompass the Chengjiang biota can all be found in Yunnan, China.
