CalPrivacy took enforcement action against 2 data brokers. One is a marketing firm that sold lists of people w/ Alzheimer’s disease & sensitive health conditions. In addition to the fine, the data broker will stop selling Californians’ personal information. https//cppa.ca.gov...

Our Enforcement Division issued a new advisory on Data Broker registration.

Each data broker must register separately. For example, parent registrations do not cover subsidiaries. All trade names & websites must be disclosed.
