To the secret santa who gifted me the flu for Christmas: Just going to the kitchen feels like an odyssey. I can feel my immune system excited to have something to do, there's not an inch of my skin that isn't tingling. It's kinda nice. But I wish it did for a more fun reason lmao

I don't talk a lot about it, but I love VR, so I'm pretty excited to see the Steam Frame announcement today! 🤓 I just hope it's actually comfortable for me unlike my other VR headsets lol. Oh, and the Steam Machine looks sick too!

Been playing Skyrim again recently and it strikes me how much it helps my immersion to not have any cutscenes and to have everything seen from the player character's POV. It's great.
And the physics make the game still feel pretty modern to me even today. What a good game.

Can I humbly request that games lean into spending their compute budget on physics rather than higher fidelity graphics? 😅 Pretty graphics are fun and all, but physics do infinitely more for my immersion and open so many more gameplay possibilities, it's awesome. I think about this a lot.

Blender nerds, is there an easy way to get solid black inner and outer contour lines on all objects in a scene? It needs to work with a panoramic camera lens, so any solution relying on Grease Pencil seems to be out of the question? 😬
