For anyone who has an interest in the Epstein Files: J.K. Rowling is involved. She wasn't on the island, and, likely, committed no crimes with children, but she gave tickets to the Cursed Child show on Broadway, and there is mention of involvement in a special Harry Potter dinner event in 2018.

So, I have toured Alcatraz before. I, also, used to be a regular volunteer in the prison system in the state of Virginia, with my mother. When we toured Alcatraz, we literally discussed that by today's standards, Alcatraz wasn't that bad, even though it was one of the worst prisons of its time.
