So someone asked me to make a change on a PR. It’s a good shout, and I’m going to do it. HOWEVER I copied the code in question from him. Should I also fix his usage in the same PR, or is that too passive aggressive? 💀

I thought it would be funny to try to score a smiley face into this loaf. In fact, it was a horrible and terrifying.

Tricked my colleagues into going for momos in Parkdale for a team dinner 😅 one review was “this is actually the best thing I’ve ever had in Toronto”

A previous guest at this AirBnB didn’t sign out of their Apple TV. Do I watch the latest severance as them, risking causing a marital dispute over allegations of tv streaming cheating?

Spent a good chunk of my flight yesterday trying to implement DataLoader having never looked at the code and no internet access. Pretty fun challenge, might keep going.

I’ve started blocking the “block of text, copied from someone else, whole thing could have fit in the main skeet body, no alt text” people, and it’s felt good each time so far. Strong recommend.

I’ve been so hung up on the “make the developer experience perfect” phase of this (solo) project for so long, finally switched to “just build, fix things that annoy as they come up” and the productivity boost is astounding 😅
