Reading Andy Grove's book "Only the paranoid survlve" written in 1996, where he calls himself "a student of infection points", it is hard not think how Intel missed the last few ones so badly.

How to measure an ecosystem? Particularly beyond funding intensity and venture activity, specifically the depth and efficiency of the value chains, i.e. the "ecosystem services". How to foster them as a program challenge.

It is probably time to start talking about "ecosystems of ecosystems" while thinking about business networks.

The fiscal breakthrough in Germany is setting a clear direction: Military deficit spending has priority above everything else, the only budget with no limit. The defence spending goal dwarfs the deficit spending available for climate.
