Cardinal Parolin has delivered Pope Leo XIV's message for the start of #COP30.

In this Month of Remembrance, we pray for those we have lost and their loved ones. 🙏

With it being Remembrance Sunday, all who have died in war and conflict are especially in our thoughts. May we all keep working for a better, more peaceful world.

Today, Pope Leo XIV will proclaim Saint John Henry Newman as the 38th Doctor of the Church. It's a recognition for saints who have contributed through research and study.

He saw education as a sacred vocation and remains influential on Catholic schools today.
