Wendy and Laura met the incredible Love our Hillfort volunteers, got hands on finds cleaning from this year's community dig, discovered pieces of Bronze Age and Roman pottery 🏺 Plus a cool little find related to the sporting heritage of Trelai Park, a mid 20th century nailed football boot stud! ⚽️

What a great Love Our Hillfort session yesterday, welcomed new members and worked alongside Cardiff Uni Archaeology students doing a litter pick and cleaning finds from our 2024 excavation! 🧑
