Wendy and Laura met the incredible Love our Hillfort volunteers, got hands on finds cleaning from this year's community dig, discovered pieces of Bronze Age and Roman pottery πΊ Plus a cool little find related to the sporting heritage of Trelai Park, a mid 20th century nailed football boot stud! β½οΈ

Wendy and Laura met the incredible Love our Hillfort volunteers, got hands on finds cleaning from this year's community dig, discovered pieces of Bronze Age and Roman pottery πΊ Plus a cool little find related to the sporting heritage of Trelai Park, a mid 20th century nailed football boot stud! β½οΈ
It was also the day that Episode 4 of our CAER podcast series was released by National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement - NCCPE π§‘

We had the perfect day for Cardiff University Vice Chancellor Wendy Larner and Chancellor Laura Trevelyan to visit our CAER Centre yesterday, and not just because of the glorious autumn weather! βοΈ
