New member of our home. Yesterday he was tied to a tree in the median, in the heat, without water and frantic. Took him to the vet. Of course no chip. He is 3 or 4 months old, 13.5 lbs, vet thinks he is a Papillon mix. Got a rabies vac and other necessities.
