Please don’t expound the benefits of child participation while you develop laws & policies without them. An infographic explaining what you should do when you haven’t involved children on the right. The left is for those wanting to do their best to get it right- Lansdown’s 3Cs plus the Lundy Model.

Just wrapped up the Brain Architecture Game with my 3rd-year Early Ed DCU students. Such a powerful hands-on activity to understand how early experiences shape a child’s brain. Loved seeing their curiosity and reflections! 🧠 #EarlyEd #ECEC #IMH

Fine Gael’s proposal to gift babies money in a savings account ignores the systemic issues for children in poverty.Families need real supports like housing not token gestures that widen the inequality gap.Dr Kaitriona O’Sullivan sums it up in @thejournal.ie www.thejournal.ie/readme/gener...
Katriona O'Sullivan: So many children in poverty and Fine Gael's answer is a savings account?
The writer and academic says poor families need help now… not in 18 years.

These soft photo albums also make a fantastic addition to baby and toddler rooms in early years services. I used to create these with help from parents for individual children with photos of all the important people (and pets 🐶) in their lives ❤️
Looking for the perfect holiday gift for your baby? How about a “face book?”

I’ve written often about how much infants love the faces of their loved ones. Indeed, we’re biologically driven from birth to distinguish - and study - the faces that matter most.
