Also, the system is broken, the amount of money flowing into politics is insane, and apparently no law makes the president liable for being ‘bought’ or big lobbies (NRA, Oil, Tobacco, Big Tech) buying an election. Also, a president making millions while in office should be held accountable.

It would be nice to know though that America wil try to fix what is broken in the constitution and review the workings of the Executive Orders to limit the power of one con man in the Oval Office.

It should be a no brainer that this is ticking every anti-trust and antimonopoly law red flag. But i do not have any doubt, this will be accepted. This is the kind of powerplay we’ll be seeing until this regime is stopped leeching the American economy and society. It deserves critical journalism

En @henri.cda.nl , ga het boek van Koningen nog eens doorlezen en dan met name hoofdstuk 3 over het Salomon’s oordeel. De vvd is hier de partij die de baby liever dood ziet, dan bij de ander. Weet met wie je in zee stapt.

En @robjetten.bsky.social ik had iets meer constructiviteit verwacht. Een partij als de vvd die partijen in het democratische midden buiten spel zet, is zelf ondemocratisch, en daar wil je dan volgens mij ver weg van blijven.

Bah bah bah. En dan krijg je straks huilie huilie van de vvd als er geen wetsvoorstellen doorkomen, en dan kunnen ze alle linkse partijen die niet mee stemmen verwijten dat ze niet willen meewerken in ‘het landsbelang’. Wat een vieze spelletjes. bah.

Wat een rare post van u. De minister antwoord op zo’n manier dat kinderen het ook zouden kunnen begrijpen. Maar hier snappen blijkbaar een paar grote mensen dan weer helemaal niks van. Ik ben geen fan van de BBB (don’t shoot me!) maar deze minister heeft dit gewoon heel netjes verwoord.

Je ouders kunnen je beter leren hoe je je voor jezelf kunt zorgen. En als je voor elke euro ‘boven een ton’ de helft gaat betalen, heb je nog altijd die ton. Niks mis mee.
