Quick health update regarding my legs!!
The doctors are going forwards with the assumption I may have lipedema via my suggestion. Gotta have bloods done and some tests done on blood flow before I’m referred but things are looking up! Got some stronger painkillers and I’m feeling a lot better :3

So this actually is my current daily goal! My maintenance is roughly 2.3k and I try to go for about 3.5k to give a nice buffer of excess to gain as much as I can realistically!
