I tried to end the relationship when I was deep in depression cuz I didnt want to bring them down, be their problem & thought they deserved better. But was told not to “throw it all away”
Only for them to “throw it all away” later cuz I was still depressed.
I shouldnt be upset but I am.

I had to mute them on social media cause I’m worried they’ll find someone else and I’ll spiral again.
They’re good people. They deserve it. But I can’t watch.

When you’re promised forever. No matter what. Even when you insist they will get sick of your mental health issues. And they insist they won’t.
And then they do, in fact, get sick of it. And break up with you over it.
It might be proof you’re unloveable.

The thing I miss the most isn’t sex. It’s cuddling. I miss that a lot.
