After nearly a month, this issue has somehow gotten fixed.
My reddit was hacked. I somehow got in through my Google. The hacker removed my email and changed my password. I'm in the account but could lose it. No time or energy to contact support. 🤷♀️I guess I don't care too much, just assume anything weird posted is the hacker.

I think it's absolutely ludicrous that Spotify has no way of confirming if a song is already on your playlist at all. Not in the songs playlist options and not by having a search system in the playlist itself. Unless I'm missing something..
