I went to a small family run Italian restaurant (in Prague) today for lunch and the Czech waiter looked so supremely uncomfortable when he told me, “I’m sorry I am not allowed to serve you coffee with your meal,” that I’ve been laughing out loud about it for the rest of the day.

If you're arriving at #heathrow airport via the Elizabeth Line, the escalators aren't working & the crowd is ummanaged & being funneled toward 4 intermittent elevators. It's extremely dangerous, we were stuck in an elevator that couldnt close or move b/c people kept pushing in on top of each other.

I’m on a work trip & I accidentally swallowed a temporary crown at lunch (go team) & now I have to run a full day workshop tomorrow while the right side of my face pulsates before I can fly home to get it fixed. SAD FACE.

Rewatching the old Drew Barrymore produced romcom Never Been Kissed. If you know it you know how horrifically it’s aged but all that aside, the throwaway joke of her emery board being confiscated at the high school because it’s a weapon is really profoundly depressing in retrospect.
