Armed with coordinates ill get in the footsteps of the 127th and 131st AAA in this vicinity and their role in during the battle of the Bulge.

Their actions in the bloodiest American Battle are unfamiliar.

A great ornament regarding US War Cemetery Margraten. You see a head with an helmet and Margraten - Holland on the top left and right. In the middle the field with crosses. Left and right the American and Dutch flag and below the text 1944 Remember.

Heartbreak crossroads in Germany was reached by elements of the 2nd Infantry Division Indian Head. A day later the last desperate German offensive Battle of the Bulge broke out.

Then and Now Krinkelt:

During the time men of the 393rd Infantry Regiment of the 99th Infantry Division they had a theatre called Dakota Dead Horse Theatre in one of the barns in Krinkelt.

A monument for all the American troops that fought at Elsenborn ridge during December 1944 and January 1945.
This monument is on the premises of camp Elsenborn.

Preparing for another tour in the Ardennes region, this time with relatives who's father was in the 10th Armored. Over more then 20 years we did hundreds of tours. The public where veterans who fought in the Ardennes, relatives of the veterans, historians, Army personnel and many other WWII buffs.

One of the many unpublished picture of a private collection. The creator of these pictures is CPT Arthur Hinson a Priest who was part of the 47th Evacuation Hospital. He took many pictures and one is this one of temporary US War Cemetery Margraten in the Netherlands.

Paying my respects to Patrick Neill part of Easy Company 506th PIR (E/506) who was part of 3rd platoon under Ed Shames and fattaly wounded in the head whilst advancing round the corner ad Foy on the 13th of January 1945.

American troops being evacuated pass other American units moving up for defense of Bastogne, Belgium. Heavy artillery was evacuated from Bastogne, while halftracks and tanks moved forward for its defense. 20 Dec 44.

Standing near the location the German tank the Lustmolch was disseabled by a battery of the 463rd PFAB with 75 MM guns on the 25th of December 1944 near Hemroulle Belgium.
