We are working on an indepth SB79 map and previewed it tonight at the SB79 celebration. It was a great event & it was amazing seeing you all there.
Here is a work in progress map that we have the station areas, high fire severity zones, & low resource areas.
Stay tuned. We are working alot on this.

Under construction at the corner of Upas and 6th Ave is Park Summit, a 21 story high rise. Being ok the very edge of Bankers Hill, it is the northern most highrise till UTC. Check it out below!!!

Build SD has a new writer, Mitchell's first article is on Quince in Bankers Hill.

Quince is a 17 story high rise under construction at the end of Maple Canyon. Only possible with Complete Communites zoning it is a very unique building.

A 126-unit affordable housing project at SDSU West has been funded and will break ground soon. Adjacent to the first residential project, SDSU Mission Valley is coming together with Chelsea building this project.

Ground has broken at SDSU west with their first residential development, Avalon SDSU Mission Valley. A 621 unit building with lots of ground floor retail, including a grocery store.

Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, we are having to relocate the Transit Month kick-off on September 1st. We are now looking to hold it at Market on 8th in National City (same location as Crayoning Night).
