The only real disadvantage to Medicare Advantage is you're limited to the network. If you qualify for Medicaid, Medicare/Medicaid is the way to go IMO.

I'm in the process of writing to my state legislature/local congressman/Senators to try to enact more voter transparency. It's not enough for us to see that our ballots were accepted or that we voted. We must be able to see our actual choices and know that they were correctly recorded.
