Decent workout today.
Repurposed the last of the chili I made. Created a roasted cauliflower and potato “crust”; tipped in the chili, added cheese and mushrooms! Bam! Also a fresh slaw of cabbage, peppers, carrots, apple with a mashed peach vinaigrette. Cleaning out the fridge a bit at a time here.
