The way Villa have treated Elliott is pretty shocking in honesty, you agree with an obligation to buy if he plays X amount of games, instead because you decided you don't want to you just let him rot, shouldn't have done the deal to begin with

Must say the new engines as part of these new regs in F1 are sounding quite amazing, especially the red bull/ford engine sounds like a monster and personal favourite has to be the Audi engine

Ultimately if the club wants Alonso or Enrique to replace Slot, they aren't going to sack him mid season.

Really not sure on what we do with Mac Allister, very good on the ball but just gets ran past far too easily on such a consistent basis and lacks any change of pace to get back

Slot will shoulder a lot of blame on social media for conceding 2 goals but prior to that we were far the better team. I'm not sure how much he can be to blame for your most experienced player making such a weak defensive mistake which altered the state of the game massively

You all want to know why slot doesn't play Chiesa more? Today is a prime example, the guy is as durable as a wet piece of paper, slot doesn't trust him to stay fit and whilst talented that's a big issue

I'm surprised Ekitike is on the bench today, also a killer for my FPL, I assume it's a matter of managing minutes and it's still a strong line up that's for sure!

Think Bethell has all the ability in the world and I think he will adapt in ODI to, I'd like to see him just adopt a little more of his test match approach to ODI cricket, no doubt he will, we've seen he's willing to adapt and develop his game seeking lessons from greats of the game

Even more stupid claims, Liverpool have the longest active unbeaten run, someone said they'd rather win 5 lose 5, that's 15 points in the last 10 games where we can actively gain points (PL & CL) we have a total of 19. Go back to start of unbeaten run in CL/PL we have 24 from 12, 6W 6L would be 18

For example Luca Eden scored today, he's 14 years old. They're in the U18s because they aren't physically ready for senior football. Only the special players at that age play at the highest level, your Owens, Gerrards, Rooney, Lamal, Messi etc etc

I've seen some nonsense today, top of that list is using the u18s yes the u18s winning 7-1 to claim how long can Slot ignore the academy, what throwing mostly 16 year olds into what games exactly? It's pathetic at this point and ignores the fact slot regularly has them come up and train

Also last season Tsimikas was good enough to start a large chunk of games as we won the PL, he knows the club, he's happy with a supporting role, always seemed a great dressing room guy and also knows how to play full back under Slot. More than happy to see the greek Scouser back.

It's worth noting before anyone starts slagging the club off that looking at the ornstein article robbo leaving it's driven from the player/players camp. He's obviously made it known he won't sign a new deal and wants to do right by the club to get even a small fee and the club want to right for him
