Hands On Fun at Our Tamale-Making Workshop! the SD office hosted our 1 tamale-making workshop, and it was a delicious success! Participants got their hands in the masa and learned how to prepare Oaxacan-style tamales wrapped in banana leaves, guided by our wonderful instructor Rosa, an ex-janitor.
