Poetry nourishes the soul! By copying traditional Chinese poems in a #CalligraphyClass, residents of #SouthCoveWest improved their penmanship and thought deeply about the poems' meanings. We were glad to see such a big turnout for this cultural activity!

Falls are a concern for any older adult, but are preventable with due diligence. For 8 weeks, residents of Franklin Square Apts participated in BSHC's Matter of Balance program, learning balance and strength exercises and strategies to reduce the risk of falling.
