my hc is that the suit takes a physical toll on her body so she works out without it so it doesn't make her as sore in case she needs to use it.

she also works out WITH it so she can test its limits and not have to find out what they are the hard way

While the pic obviously isn't finished, it's the only one I've got at the moment.

For my roster, that character is the wannabe hero, Sir Savio of Goodspell!
A HEAVILY unfinished sketch depicting a muscular-looking man in knight's armor holding up a sword... except the armor is made mostly of cardboard and the "sword" is a paper towel roll. This is Savio, a.k.a. "Sir Savio of Goodspell!" Born from an overdose of fairy tales and never really evolving past that, he thinks he's the ultimate hero, but in reality, his "heroics" end up causing WAY more problems than they solve. This is mostly due to his general incompetence, overinflated view of his own abilities, and refusal to accept reality even when it's smacking him right in the face. Needless to say, just about everybody considers him a nuisance. Of course, Xavier and Aaron have it the worst when dealing with him, as Savio, in his mind, considers them his "sidekicks" and tries to take all the credit for their heroic actions. He tends to insert himself into the duo's adventures (whether they want him there or not... which they usually don't), and in spite of themselves, they end up having to look after him to at least TRY to keep him from hurting himself or others.
