The High Court has rejected an appeal against a BSA decision relating to a TVNZ report on the Israel-Hamas conflict. The BSA had found that the reporter's statement that the ICJ ‘has said it’s plausible that genocide is happening’ in Gaza did not breach the accuracy standard
