This comment on r/fednews really stood out to me. Trump and Musk want people to think they're firing do-nothing "bureaucrats," but they're really getting rid of people dedicated to serving this country and keeping it operational. I hope these stories get told.

Yesterday: hosted sensory- friendly hours; read a book to room full of kids about national parks for reading adventures program; presented a lecture in same room to adults about Civil War soldiers and food. Normally would feel good about all this... but now the ever- present pit in stomach....
