I finished Wind and Truth as my first book of 2025. I don't want to say too much because it has such a following, but I really enjoyed the middle of this book. I think there is a bit too much going on for me to love this book

Idk how else to say this. Employees should do what’s best for themselves. Make the most money you can. Jump around. Do what’s best for you. And EVERYONE who isn’t an employer should be supporting that. This is a universal take.
