Tonight I'm making my smoked salmon and sweet potato hash. Smoked the salmon the other day and used it on everything bagels w/goat cheese, red onion, and capers. The hash has onions, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and leftover smoked salmon with an over easy egg on top. It is delicious.

JFC, just seeing the commercials at halftime of the Liverpool match and you can see WTF is wrong with the US. Applebees selling some shitty cheeseburger dipped in cheese sauce, and some company I've never heard of allowing you to bet on anything (sports, price of goods, natural disasters).
