for the record I did NOT want to buy a weighted blanket with a minky cover but I buy everything secondhand so my options in my price range were small. been using it like that for years bc I couldn't justify spending money on a new cover due to I'm Pooer
insane that minky is marketed so much as autism fabric when it's actually the worst sensory nightmare and everyone hates it. I bet there's ppl out there trying to buy their kid a nice blanket and getting tricked into getting them polyester garbage that makes them miserable
