I'm not asking for any sympathy here, but here's a brutally honest life update. This year, I have had two identical procedures to remove lesions/growths. March results: all 4 benign, with monitoring. July, they found a new one (two at the time of removal). August results: pre-cancerous cells found.
I haven't posted anything workout related for a long time. But when I saw this video of the pulldowns I was surprised to see the definition pop in the upper back. So I thought I would share. These kinds of posts (for me) have never really done well on my pages.
