I fear that as lawless and nihilistic as Trump is, Musk is worse. He is replacing the American civil service—who manage the country—with AI bots. And has already started, via his army of techy teenaged minions. That’s the real catastrophe and the real coup.

In Toronto, where I live, there are now almost as many dentistry offices downtown as there are cannabis stores. I presume the former gradually replace the latter, and that this is considered economic progress.
