I've been using the word "ambivalent" incorrectly all of my life and I apologize.

Two hours into a solid, nearly unbroken barrage of fireworks. Deep, rumbling booms from miles away, and sharper pops and cracks from adjacent neighborhoods. It hasn't rained in the month since I've been back here in Berkeley, so I sure hope nobody sets another wildfire tonight.

Cancelled a bunch of subscription services, including HBO Max, but realized that means I have to commit to finishing 'The Last of Us' this weekend, and my heart just isn't in it.

Yesterday, I felt a feeling while playing Beat Saber and was surprised to realize that the feeling was joy. It's been a while.

The most unrealistic thing about Andor season 2 is the idea that a politician could give a speech about the suppression of Truth by those in power and that it would have a significant impact. Ask me how I know it's inaccurate.
