Small update.
The Hesco barrier they had on the nearby river suffered a breach. It is patched now. My street did not flood, but several others did (my street is a few feet higher elevation wise). No ETA on when we can go back.

Not sure if anybody has been paying attention to the news about the flooding going on in Washington state. Part if the city I live in is now under "Go now" evacuation orders. Still safe at the moment, but subject to change.
