Businesses are excited about #AI. As a #UX designer I speak to people about AI a lot in research.
What I hear often is there is a lack or trust in what AI says and a frustration with AI, specifically in customer service. The ability to ultimately speak to a person is still important.

Took this trip a while ago and never posted. Went to Jackson Hole, WY. This is hiking in the Grand Tetons. Absolutely beautiful place and cannot wait to go back.
