do any of my ADHD homies have mental stamina tips??? I struggle to get things done that I'm not interested in that day.
If I allow myself to hyperfixate on something daily it seems to recharge me. speedrunning and bass help the most. if I don't I end up doing half a chore and sleeping

I suffer from severe ADHD and never acknowledged to myself how much harder it makes my life 😅 a lot of my issues relate to overstimulation and boredom 🫠 lots of naps
trying to find ways to not get burnt out doing stuff
