Accelerator Teams aren’t teaching people about AI, they’re helping them use AI to change how the work gets done.

I'm tired of the "everyone is/can be a leader" lie. At best it confuses, at worst it misleads. Having domain knowledge, being the person others turn to, the one with clout, etc. only means you're an influencer. When you're a decision-maker. The one who's action makes others act, you're a leader.
