So, when is the rain going to stop? Well, wet/very wet winters is written on the can of climate change but & as previously hinted at, the north in particular will see a change to…. snow as we go through next week, but more rain for the south on current geographical divisions.

Are we (Western Europe & US) about to see a major Polar Vortex dislocation & subsequent prolonged ice & snow as we move towards mid-February? The U.K. may well end up on the edge of such an event but we are definitely not out of the woods. Winter may yet go out with a bang! ❄️🥶

Big rain events unfolding from now to next Tuesday. SW England, south Wales & the Grampian regions are the main concerns for flooding. 💧💧💧

We are currently +1.5 deg C above pre industrial levels. Many scientists believe we will hit +2 deg C by 2030 & +3 deg C by 2050, with global catastrophes escalating commensurately. At +4 deg C there will be no escape. Extinction follows.
