I see that an appeals court has prudently stepped in to again allow ICE agents to protect themselves against the dangerous protesters. Tear gas, pepper spray, a little man-handling, let's go!

Obvious a bad loss. Self-inflicted on defense, especially in second and fourth quarters after they had flexed enough to realize they were the superior team and no longer felt the need to ratify it.
