Can confirm. I felt really self conscious, like I was failing as an artist, but privately a few artist friends have confirmed stuff is drying up. I feel very fortunate for my clients who have stuck around so far <3
To all freelance peers who are struggling to make ends meet this year: it's not you. It's been getting tougher and tougher to get any gigs and many private clients struggle to pay their own bills.
Whatever it takes for us to get through this, please don't doubt your skills and value as a creative ❤️

It’s been almost a month since releasing my pay comic, here are my thoughts: it felt good to finish, and it’s cool to get money for something original I made. I weirdly have no idea what people think about it, as I’ve received very little actual opinions on it. If you bought it, I hope you liked it!
