Fascism came in various forms, with Spanish fascism differing from that of Germany, Italy, Portugal. But, to borrow from Justice Potter, "I know it when I see it".

Interior Ministry appealed to court against!!! Lekso Keshelashvili of Publika, who was beaten by the police on 29 November. They accuse him of petty hooliganism and police disobedience. Police also took away two of his cameras and never returned them.
