87 years old today, happy birthday Derek Temple!!
Derek Temple. Great to see a real Everton legend walking down Goodison Road yesterday.
Scorer of the winning goal in the 1966 FA Cup final, a player my dad often talked about.

Happy birthday to Everton's most successful captain, Kevin Ratcliffe. Two League titles, FA Cup, European Cup Winners cup, leader on the park, an Everton giant!! Who remembers his goal at Anfield in 86 ?

I walked along the seafront and the sand dunes at Leasowe earlier today, in the rain, I've only ever lived near the coast, its a great place to go and relax your mind.

RE the Arsenal date being moved, Everton have a history of getting no consideration on kickoff times, there was the Sunday Tuesday games in 2009, that we both lost, but nothing will top this one from 2005, anyone go to this? 11.15 away at City just for PPV

Man City 2, Everton 0 (D,Post)
A MIDDLE aged Manchester City supporter made his protest about the 11.15am kick-off time by arriving at the City of Manchester Stadium in pyjamas.

I've just been to see Die My Love, it brilliant is you like dark, bleak, warped films! I've never read the novel, so fully expect those who have read the book not to like it, but you never do once you've read the book ....

The Premier League form table from the last 6 games is really interesting, would we be happy if the table was to end exactly like this at the end of the season?

Really good weekend of association football

Hilarious, lots of disallowed goals this weekend but that was the most correct decision of them all

Roscoe on the score sheet for Villa, the Onana goal was a good one, Richarlison with one yesterday, good weekend so far for past and present Everton players.

Also its been great to read so many positive comments about Hill Dickinson Stadium over the weekend from Fulham fans, so far this season nice words have been said about our beautiful new home by most visitors, i like that.

Great to be back at Hill Dickinson, there was about 5 players today you could pick for MOTM and they would all be justified, Keane? Garner? our best performance this season, Barry was fantastic and has to start, a clean sheet, 4 points from the last 6 is fine.

Everything about the stadium has been designed to ensure that fans are part of and can influence the action, from proximity to the pitch, to the steepness of the stands

Business With Blain: Hill Dickinson Stadium is Brilliant, but Everton Have Issues to Solve
The first non-footballing event at Hill Dickinson Stadium proved a success, albeit with some major drawbacks that must be addressed quickly by Everton.

Sunderland are a bit rattled, we need to rub it, they are all over the place
November 3, 2025 at 8:19 PM
On this day in 2002, the first time I went to Elland Road, Iconic goal from Rooney and our first win at Leeds since 1951, there was an old timer by me who had said pre-game it was the only ground he had been to without ever seeing a victory, I was as happy for him as myself

The traffic around there wouldn’t be anywhere near as bad if they didn’t reduce both directions of Great Howard Street down to one lane. It is unnecessary. The shuttle buses can still stop in a designated area and won’t get caught up in the horrendous tailbacks themselves.

England V Australia, The Ashes, Rugby League at Hill Dickinson Stadium, fully expect to see more games of rugby played here now after all the positive feedback. Both Everton and the rugby people need to make this happen on a regular basis.
