Just rewatch the Halloween H40 timeline. I did not care for Halloween Ends at all when I saw it in the theater. This time around I was completely entertained. Weird.

Just got back from Black Phone 2. Great movie - clearly pays homage to some movies I love while being a great story all on its own. I've never heard a theater be so quiet as they were in the scene with the snowman. Could have heard a pin drop. 😀 Excellent job! @crobertcargill.bsky.social

I saw this movie with about 9 other people last night and we all loved it. A familiar world with a few new characters and possibly a new direction going forward. Even with all that there was a perfect amount of nostalgia and connection to Flynn. The bonus was the excellent score and soundtrack.

This movie fully exceeded my expectations. Silly, crude, funny and irreverent. Liam Neeson nailed it. Leslie Nielsen would have loved it.

Superman! Absolutely perfect. I've waited for a long time for these characters to come alive on a movie screen like they did here. I'd say I've been waiting since 1981, but I am an unapologetic defender of 2006's Superman Returns. Go see this movie. Go to the IMAX if at all possible. It's worth it.

I spent yesterday at the theater and I don't think I've ever seen two movies back to back that were so different - Sonic 3 and Nosferatu. It was an excellent day at the theater. 😄
