What seems to have happened is: (1) they figured out they were going to lose in court, so they (2) rescinded the OMB Memo in order to avoid more courtroom humiliation, then (3) reversed course, hallucinating a meaningless distinction between the OMB memo and the *words* in the OMB memo, then (4) went back to court and got humiliated anyway when the judge wouldn't dismiss the case, citing Press Sec'y Karoline Leavitt's post below as evidence of an open question as to whether the policy has been actually rescinded.

Scored this Numero Group box set of all of Karate’s studio albums for free today at a stuff swap. This band was phenomenal and very much in line with the kind of music I immersed myself in 2 decades ago. Only really encountered them for the first time today. Highly recommend!
