When I think about tonight's #Canucks game it feels so insignificant and small, when it could've been such a Hughes game.

Seriously question. After the Sherwood trade, how does one physically watch #Canucks hockey moving forward.

Before this website, the 2 of us had a podcast together.

Over 8 years ago, we left physical branding for that pod in a visible location inside Rogers Arena, just for fun...

Little did we know, it would stay untouched for years, but now it's finally gone.

I'm strangely proud of this one.

Is it 2,000 words about cardstock that we left in Rogers Arena, which stayed for 8 yrs. Yes.

But this story also speaks to friendships, youth, and that feeling of doing something harmless and juvenile with your best friend, when we were younger than you are now.

Love a sign like this. You know it's the result of much frustration and also it probably still doesn't solve the problem.

Just witnessed the fan that caught that last puck over glass give the puck to a kid. Then the kid threw the puck back onto the ice... I've never seen that before. #Canucks

I was excited to try this #Canucks lager. But after taking one sip I noticed that the can changed to say "Hybrid-lager". What does that even mean?

Still hard to believe Quinn is no longer a Canuck.

There's a lot to like about the return that the #Canucks got from the Wild. But it's sad that it ever even had to come to this.

A week removed from the Hughes trade and it still doesn't feel fully real.

While the return from the Wild was good, and the promise of a rebuild is needed, Quinn's impact on this team and fan base makes the sting of his departure linger more than most.

In writing something new, I was reminded about an article I wrote in Feb, where I asked #Canucks fans to help me pin down what it was about Hughes that made him such a captivating figure on and off the ice in.

This article is now a fun time capsule of the love this City held for Quinn the Canuck.
