Hey friends I'm not doing great. I've been for scans, tests, and procedures a bunch and brought up new symptoms to my primary only to get stuff like "umbilical hernias" (plural) found out. Found out so quickly that the surgical team called me BEFORE my primary told me the referral was going through.

Day 1 of Mental Health Awareness month and I want you streamers ALL to remember that communicating with your community that you're NOT OKAY and need a day off IS OKAY! I needed to do that because of my not great headspace & was met with hugs and support.
