Trying to resume my normal work speed tomorrow but we'll see what health allows. Cold, hunger, pain shot, plus all the brain stuff makes me super sleepy/fatigued but we keep on pressing on.

pain shot makes me sleepy. it's 'too early' for bed. cuz bed is when i turn off reptile lights. wish i could just snap fingers, or wiggle my eyebrow and have things like that shut off for me. lay in bed then turn it off like that when it's time w/o getting up.

I bet the person who first made browned butter had ADHD, but like. Thank you! Sure it adds so much extra time to dishes. But it's a flavor explosion without compare. Especially if you 'bloom' spices in it too. Butter noodles are comfort but browned butter noodles are perfection.
