Weather balloon launches have been suspended from the National Weather Service Offices in Rapid City, SD and Omaha, NE.

WED-9:47 AM: A blizzard marches across the northern plains as a dust storm sweeps across Texas, Arkansas and Missouri.

Omaha, Nebraska is the epicenter of this expected storm… though Kansas, Iowa and extreme southern Minnesota will likely see heavy impacts.
