I am sorry but my focus has been on 2 things lately. The path an idiot I didn't vote for is taking and an impending snow storm this weekend as Southerns do not do well. (My parents were from PA. I was Southern born.) I also lived in places like Germany growing up so getting ready for it.

I am streaming City of Heroes today in between continuing to unpack boxes in my room. I had a lot of inventory.

I made my return to City of Heroes last night, but deleted my first stream. I didn't realize my laptop mic was on so I was talking about things like the pimple found on one of the pets from scratching. My cat's been scratching due to the cold weather. I plugged a heater in for her and it is helping.

I have a cardiology appointment to monitor my Afib because of my stress and I don't need another episode. The large red blood cells and the high liver production are due to my Graves putting my body to into hyper drive from the stress.

I am being swapped from pill to injection for my diabetes. I worked very hard to lose 80 lbs and get my A1C down to 5.6. Due to the stress my A1C spiked to 10.2 and my blood sugar was 458 in my blood work. I gained back 30 lbs because I was stress eating to cope. I begin a new diet plan asap.

It turns out my sound card has died. I am buying one of the plug and play ones for now. I just added my games and OBS to my laptop as well which is made for gaming. I plug in the HDMI cable and cast from my TV which has a much bigger screen. I am buying a new desktop this summer.

I priced the capture card I will need. It'll be a couple weeks before I can hook up my Switch, but I know what I will need now.

I plan to connect my Switch as well to one of my HDMI ports, but there are additional steps involved. I plan to live stream quite a bit of my cosplay creating and eventually an RPG ran by my SIL.

OBS's new way to connect to Twitch is pretty cool. My chat window is now in OBS and not just on Twitch. I an excited to show an older Superhero MMO to people. I will learn new games as well. I want to play Marvel Rivals.

I am extremely tired, but I am going to pull through this. You'd be tired too if your body was on hyperdrive. That's what Graves Disease does. I am still putting things away. I'm still prepping for my launch soon. I will not let an autoimmune disease define me.

OBS set up went fine. Still no audio as my LG audio and my PC audio are fighting for supremecy. I am about to say eff it and plug in my sound bar once I go pick up the power cable for it. I will be connecting it to Twitch tomorrow.

I had side effects of my Graves Disease triggered by a very stressful situation. I am producing large red blood cells (never had that before) and my liver & bone metabolism are affected. My legs are cramping from it.

My sound bar plug has a connector that looks the pic below. There is OO and DO. Mine is DO. I am trying to describe it because I need one. Google instead tells me about plugs for your hiney. *dead* Nope. Not what I need.

I am still working on my audio issue, but I should have OBS reinstalled today so I can go live on Twitch. I plan to film gaming, my wig styling, and prop building live. My bedroom and bathroom have also become my studio space until I get my delayed workshop. My SIL finally got power to his.

My blood work came back. I can definitely prove the stress affected me. There's a new concern in there as well that will be followed up. I will probably find out on Monday the next steps.

Downloading CoH after factory reset. Battle.net for WoW done. I just need to locate my authenticator tomorrow (I know where it is) and contact support to get it removed then use the new process.

I cooked 2 earlier this week and made chicken Alfredo & teriyaki chicken and rice. I cooked the other four last night (properly storing the cooked breasts) and so far made chicken and dumplings and chili. Tomorrow it is chicken tacos and then another pasta dish. Americans are starving.

Can I *visually tap...with a folding chair* the woman who says a meal is a piece of chicken, a piece of broccoli, and a corn tortilla? Wanna know WHY our meals this week are chicken? Because I luckily found a 6 pack of chicken breast on sale for 1/2 off and using ONE in a dish to feed FOUR people.

My CoH account is easy, but my WoW account. I had an authenticator tied to it that is dead. I have to contact support and prove it was my account. I do have the authenticator, but they may require my ID. I was looking for one of the games I purchased for the serial number off of it in case.

I am resetting my computer in hopes of fixing 2 issues other routes didn't. I have a gaming laptop I can hook up to my monitor as well. There are 2 old games I want to play again. City of Heroes and World of War craft. I haven't played WoW since Warlords of Draenor.

Trying something a little different tonight. I made chili with a shredded seasoned chicken breast instead of ground beef. I put cheese, sour cream and corn chips on mine. I like cornbread, but no one else here really does but my SIL.
