Oldest’s (11yo) bff is moving away next week so she is sleeping over tmw night. Sweet girl who has been through a lot - mom died when she was baby, dad got remarried and went through contentious divorce a year or so ago.

Whenever I have team members out, I will cover for them, keeps me somewhat in the loop of the day to day and to know where pain points are. But it also keeps our brokers grounded. They get used to my team giving detailed, thoughtful responses. Whereas I go “this is wrong, fix it please”

I’m a big fan of unproblematic, stupid fun things. We need more unproblematic, stupid fun things to do and bring people together these days.
