Scanning drawings in sections because they are too large for the 11.7” scanner. I enjoy how this looks before merged together. 📏📐

Last evening I returned home from a Transcendental Meditation retreat that lasted for 6 nights and 5 days. Here are a handful of books from the Vedic library. This experience and knowledge I have gained from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Transcendental Meditation is infinite. Jai Guru Dev. 🪷 ♾️ 🤍

This morning I was rudely interrupted while experiencing this video with an ad convincing me to become a soldier for the US Army. Diametric opposites sadly exist in this material world: the totality of love side by side with the emptiness of absolute hate. PEACE IS POWER - SURRENDER TO PEACE! 🕊️

Since I’m using ink and colored pencil on paper, all marks remain unalterable. Using only this additive process, the drawings are from moment to moment an instantaneous balancing act until the total vision appears complete. Read more here ... 📝
A Pause in the Sequence
Generally speaking, when I begin a new drawing there is a particular sequence and intrinsic unfoldment that is inherently crucial to each of my completed works.

I wrote about the allure of works in progress and how once a drawing is completed it forever remains, continuing in time and space unmoving and unchanged. ♾️ 🪨 Feel free to read more at: brandonlocher.substack.com 📝
