I'm 52 years old and I threw my knee out squatting down to check a serial number on a box placed on a lower shelf.
After two weeks laid up on the couch, my knee just pops alarmingly when any amount of pressure is placed upon it.
There is no pain. Only shock and awe shit.

What's the most ridiculous way you ever hurt yourself? I got out of the tub, skidded in water and tripped over the toilet. Ankle sprain.
